All content, features, and functionality within the application are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the application without permission.

Subscriptions

The application may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features such as:

  • Unlimited document scans

  • Advanced PDF tools

  • Faster processing

  • High-quality export

  • Ad-free experience

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Payment will be charged to the user's Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Subscriptions are handled securely by Apple Inc. through the Apple App Store.

Advertisements

The application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. These advertisements help support the continued development and maintenance of the application.

Premium subscribers may receive an ad-free experience.

Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

The developer does not guarantee that the application will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

User Content

The developer does not access, monitor, or store user documents unless required to provide functionality requested by the user.
