This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the developer governing your use of this mobile application.

License Grant
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on any compatible device that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

Subscriptions and Payments
The application may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings after purchase.
All payments and billing are handled by Apple Inc. through the Apple App Store.
Advertisements
The application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services. These advertisements help support the maintenance and development of the application.
Users who subscribe to premium features may receive an ad-free experience.
Updates
The developer may provide updates or improvements to the application from time to time. These updates may include new features, bug fixes, or performance improvements.
Continued use of the application after updates indicates acceptance of those changes.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
The developer does not guarantee that the application will operate without interruption or error.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated.
The developer may terminate the license if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the application and remove it from your device.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
